With all the financial problems, poor upper management and congress not willing to make the tough decisions, the employees at the Chouteau Post Office continue to be positive and always have a smile for you!!!
I've never had a problem with them. Friendly service. A trusty ole hometown post office.

Today I was setting outside watching my kids play, and was waiting on a package from the VA that had to be signed for. I watched my delivery lady pull up and put a notice in my mailbox that there was no authorized recipient. How is that? She never got out of her vehicle! She just decided she was to lazy to get out of her vehicle. That's ok I will do without my meds all weekend because you don't want to do your job.
A small package has now been shipped twice. Twice this post office has stated they have delivered it, twice it is not there. The package was not stolen, as we have someone who lives on site and no package is left unattended. The post office is offering no help in the matter, and just taking the word of the delivery driver and leaving it at that. This is so frustrating and makes me want to purchase a PO box in ANY other town.
